1 µH drum core for power rail filtering
The Murata LQH32MN1R0M23L is a 1 µH drum core wirewound inductor in the LQH32 series, rated for 445 mA continuous current with a maximum DC resistance of 500 mOhm. Unshielded construction means the magnetic field extends beyond the core — keep sensitive traces or other magnetics at least one body width away to avoid coupling.
Self-resonant frequency and test conditions
Self-resonant frequency is 100 MHz, well above the 1 MHz test frequency used for the inductance measurement — the part behaves as a pure inductor up to roughly 10 MHz, after which parasitic capacitance starts to dominate. Q factor is 20 at 1 MHz, typical for a ferrite-core wirewound at this inductance value — adequate for filtering in DC-DC converter output stages where Q matters less than DCR.
Cut Tape suits prototype or low-volume builds.
