The TPSD477K004R0045: That ESR is the number that matters most in a switching regulator output: 45 mΩ means the ripple current rating is high enough for a 3–5 A buck converter without the cap cooking itself. The ±10% tolerance keeps the effective capacitance in a narrow band, so the feedback loop doesn't see a wild shift from part to part.
Temperature range and environment
Full military temperature range: -55°C to +125°C. Molded case construction gives it mechanical stability during reflow and vibration. The 3.10 mm seated height (max) fits under low-profile heatsinks or in tight board stacks.
Standard 2917 (7343 Metric) footprint — same pad layout as the generic D-size tantalum case. No special handling beyond standard MSL precautions for molded tantalums.
