The TPSD107K016S0125 is a 100 µF molded tantalum capacitor rated at 16 V with ±10% tolerance. The 125 mOhm ESR sets the ripple current capability and self-heating — lower ESR means less voltage drop under transient load and less internal temperature rise.
-55 to 125 °C — military temperature grade
Rated for -55 to 125 °C, this cap is qualified for avionics, satellite, downhole instrumentation, and other extreme-temperature environments. The molded case and surface-mount 2917 package keep the assembly compatible with standard reflow profiles, but the wide temperature range means the ESR and leakage current will shift more than a commercial-grade cap — budget the derating at the hot end.
