The TPSD106K035R0125 is a molded tantalum capacitor from KYOCERA AVX's TPS series, rated at 10 µF with ±10% tolerance and a 35 V working voltage — a common choice for bulk decoupling on 24 V or 12 V rails where the 35 V rating provides headroom for transients without stepping to a higher-voltage case code.
