The TPSC227M006R0125: Rated 220 µF at 6.3 V with a 125 mOhm ESR, this TPS-series molded tantalum capacitor is sized for low-impedance power rail decoupling. The ESR figure directly sets the ripple current rating — at 125 mOhm, the ripple current capability is roughly 0.7 A RMS at 100 kHz, which is adequate for a 3.3 V or 1.8 V rail feeding a moderate-load MCU or FPGA core.
