The TPSC106M025R0300: This is a 10 µF molded tantalum capacitor rated for 25 V, with a 300 mOhm maximum ESR. The 300 mOhm ESR is the number that matters for ripple current: at 100 kHz, the self-heating stays manageable as long as the RMS ripple current stays under the capacitor's rated limit. A lower ESR would handle more ripple, but for most logic-level rails this is adequate.
The molded 2312 (6032 Metric) case measures 6.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 2.80 mm.
