Rated 33 µF at 10 V with ±20% tolerance — a common bulk decoupling value for 3.3 V and 5 V rails. For tantalum capacitors, a 50% voltage derating is standard practice to reduce failure risk; on a 10 V rail this part runs at 100% of rating, so a higher-voltage part (e.g., 16 V or 20 V) is preferred for long-life designs.
