22 µF, 10 V, ±10% — the three numbers that clear the BOM line
The 500 mOhm ESR sets the self-heating and ripple-current ceiling: at 1 A ripple the internal dissipation is 0.5 W, so the PCB copper area and ambient temperature must keep the part below its 125 °C limit.
Active lifecycle — no last-time-buy scramble
The line is stable for new designs and repeat orders. Availability confirmed at RFQ.
1411 / 1210 case — two footprint options
Packaged in a 1411 (3528 Metric) / 1210 case, 3.50 mm x 2.80 mm footprint, 2.10 mm seated height. The 1210 footprint is the common one; the 3528 metric dimension matches EIA 3528-21 — verify which land pattern your PCB uses.
-55 to +125 °C — military temp range
The cap survives avionics cold-soak and engine-bay heat without derating the 10 V rating.
