The TAJA104M035R: This is a 0.1 µF, 35 V rated tantalum capacitor in a molded 1206 case from the TAJ series. The 24 Ohm ESR is the key derating parameter: at the rated ripple current, that ESR sets the internal temperature rise, so the actual DC bias voltage should stay well below 35 V to keep the leakage current and self-heating in check.
