The TAJA104K050HNJ is a molded tantalum capacitor from the KYOCERA AVX TAJ series, rated 0.1 µF at 50 V with ±10% tolerance. The 1206 (3216 Metric) footprint is a standard size that fits most general-purpose PCB layouts without respin. The 22 Ohm ESR at 100 kHz is typical for a small-case tantalum at this capacitance; it means the part can handle moderate ripple current, but in a high-frequency switching regulator output the ESR will dominate the AC voltage ripple — budget accordingly.
