The SMAJ78A-13-F: The 126 V clamp at 3.2 A means the diode absorbs the surge and holds the line below that voltage — the downstream components see no more than 126 V during the event. Operating from -55°C to 150°C (TJ), it handles the full industrial temperature range and self-heating during repetitive surges without derating the junction.
