Breakdown and standoff — the trigger thresholds
Reverse standoff voltage is 7V, meaning the TVS draws negligible leakage below that rail voltage. Breakdown starts at 7.78V minimum, so a 7V supply riding at 5% tolerance (7.35V) stays below the avalanche threshold with margin.
