130V rail clamp — 400W pulse, DO-214AC
The SMAJ130A-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a 400W peak-pulse TVS diode in the standard DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package. It protects a single unidirectional line rated for 130V reverse standoff, clamping at 209V maximum during a 1.9A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). The 144V minimum breakdown voltage means the device starts conducting just above the 130V working voltage, so it stays out of circuit during normal operation but triggers before the rail exceeds the downstream component's absolute maximum rating.
