The SMAJ100CA-13: The reverse standoff voltage is 100 V — the TVS draws negligible leakage below this level. That 51 V window between breakdown and clamp is the voltage the TVS lets through to the protected circuit; a 100 V-rated supply rail with a 120 V absolute-max input can survive this, but a 100 V rail with a 130 V abs-max is marginal.
The reverse standoff voltage is 100 V, breakdown occurs at 111 V minimum, and the clamping voltage is 162 V maximum at the rated 2.5 A peak pulse current.
The SMAJ100CA-13 is supplied in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package, on tape and reel. The supplier device package is also designated SMA.
