Supplied in a DO-204AC (DO-15) axial-lead through-hole package — the body diameter and lead spacing match standard 0.100-inch pitch PCB layouts. The through-hole form factor is preferred for hand-assembly or rework where a surface-mount TVS would be difficult to inspect. Unidirectional single-channel design (one device per package) with no power-line protection feature — intended for signal or low-voltage DC rail clamping, not AC mains.
