Clamping performance and board fit
It clamps at 165V max with a peak pulse current of 3.6A under the standard 10/1000µs waveform. The 102V reverse standoff means it stays out of the circuit below that DC bus voltage, only conducting when a transient pushes the line above the 114V breakdown threshold. Housed in a DO-15 axial package (DO-204AC), it is a through-hole part — the leads pass through the board and are soldered on the opposite side.
