Clamping and capacitance for high-speed signal lines
The D5V0Q1B2LP3-7: The 6pF typical capacitance at 1MHz is the number that matters for signal integrity on a 0201 footprint — this keeps the added load off a high-speed data line where every picofarad eats into the eye opening. The operating junction temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C, covering industrial and automotive ambient conditions without derating the clamping threshold.
X3-DFN0603-2 package and board-fit note
The solder pad geometry is the same; the only difference is the die attach pad which may need a thermal via if the TVS is expected to absorb repetitive pulses, though for ESD events the energy is too short to heat the board. Surface-mount assembly on standard reflow profile. The small body means the part self-aligns during reflow; the risk is tombstoning if one pad sees a temperature gradient across the 0.6 mm length.
Active production and sourcing posture
The base product number is D5V0Q1, which means the same die is available in other package options if the X3-DFN0603-2 footprint is not preferred. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT) for pick-and-place.
