Rail-to-rail ESD clamp for high-speed data lines
The D5V0P4UR6SO-7 is a steering (rail-to-rail) TVS diode array from Diodes Incorporated, packing four unidirectional channels into a SOT-26 package. It clamps transients to 6 V (Typ) from a 3.3 V (Max) reverse standoff, with a peak pulse power rating of 180 W — sized for ESD strikes on HDMI and other high-speed differential pairs without loading the signal.
Package and rework considerations
Housed in a SOT-23-6 (also designated SOT-26), the part is a surface-mount package with a small footprint — the exposed pad is minimal, so hot-air rework is straightforward. Pin 1 is marked by a dot on the top; the symmetrical layout means orientation is easy to confirm under a microscope before reflow. Operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C covers industrial and automotive ambient extremes.
