Bidirectional TVS for low-voltage signal lines
The D5V0H1B2LP-7B is a Zener-type bidirectional transient voltage suppressor from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general-purpose ESD and surge protection on signal or low-voltage power rails. The 85 pF capacitance at 1 MHz is low enough for high-speed data interfaces such as USB 2.0, HDMI, or Gigabit Ethernet signal lines.
Package and board-fit
Housed in the X1-DFN1006-2 package (0402 metric footprint, 1.0 mm x 0.6 mm), this two-lead DFN is one of the smallest TVS packages available. The surface-mount 0402 footprint makes it suitable for space-constrained PCB layouts in mobile, IoT, and wearable designs. Operating junction temperature spans -65°C to +150°C, covering industrial and automotive ambient ranges. The device is not rated for power line protection — it is intended for signal and low-voltage DC rail clamping only.
No pin-compatible second-source is listed on the record, but the D5V0H1 family shares the same footprint and electrical characteristics across the series.
