Obsolete — sourcing through independent channels
Diodes Incorporated has marked the 1.5KE350CA-T as obsolete. For a BOM that needs a current-production alternative, a parametric search within the 1.5KE family or a functionally equivalent TVS from another manufacturer with the same standoff and package will be required — expect a board-level review of the clamping voltage and pulse rating.
Through-hole DO-201 package for board-level transient protection
Housed in a DO-201AA (DO-27) axial-lead package, the 1.5KE350CA-T is a through-hole device suited for point-of-entry transient suppression on power rails, telecom lines, or industrial control inputs. The bidirectional single-channel configuration means it clamps both polarities — useful for AC-coupled or bipolar DC lines where a single device replaces two unidirectional diodes.
