The Infineon CY7C1565KV18-500BZXC is a 72 Mbit synchronous SRAM using the QDR II+ architecture, organized 2M x 36 and clocked at 500 MHz. QDR II+ means separate read and write data ports, each running at double data rate, so the device can sustain a read and a write every clock cycle without bus-turnaround dead cycles.
