The 1.5SMC150CA TR13 PBFREE: Its 128 V reverse standoff voltage (VRWM) means it sits across a 128 V DC rail and stays transparent until a transient drives it above the 142.5 V minimum breakdown threshold. Once triggered, it clamps at 207 V maximum while shunting 7.2 A of pulse current — the clamping voltage is the ceiling the downstream circuitry must survive.
