Housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface-mount package, the device mounts directly to the PCB copper pad — the cathode tab area on the SMC footprint determines the thermal impedance for pulse dissipation. The operating junction temperature range spans -65°C to 150°C, covering industrial and automotive under-hood thermal profiles without derating the peak pulse power at the high end.
