1.5 kW peak pulse power at 94 V standoff
The 1.5SMC110A TR13 PBFREE: With a 94 V reverse standoff voltage and a 152 V maximum clamping at 9.9 A peak pulse current, it protects 94 V DC rails from surges that would otherwise punch through downstream silicon. The 104.5 V minimum breakdown voltage gives a 10.5 V margin above the standoff level before the device starts conducting — enough to ride out normal line ripple without nuisance clamping.
DO-214AB SMC footprint and mounting
The single unidirectional channel is intended for general-purpose circuit protection — it is not rated for power-line protection, so it fits signal and DC rail clamping rather than AC mains.
