Dual op-amp with rail-to-rail output and 3 MHz GBW
The MAX4252EUA+ is a dual general-purpose operational amplifier from Analog Devices, packaged in an 8-lead uMAX/uSOP (3.00 mm width). Input bias current is 0.1 pA typical — the JFET input stage keeps this negligible even at elevated temperature, making the part suitable for high-impedance sources such as photodiode transimpedance amplifiers or pH probe buffers where bias current errors would dominate the offset budget.
Supply range and quiescent current
Total quiescent current is 420 µA for both amplifiers — 210 µA per channel — which keeps the thermal rise low in the small uMAX package and suits battery-powered or portable instrumentation. The 70 µV input offset voltage (max) is factory-trimmed; no external nulling is needed for most precision applications. Combined with the low bias current, the DC error budget stays under 100 µV for source resistances up to 1 MΩ.
