Offset, bias, and the error budget
For a 10 kΩ source impedance, the offset error from bias current is 10 nV — negligible against the Vos term. At 85 °C the bias current roughly doubles each 10 °C, so a 100 kΩ source sees about 6.4 µV of bias-induced offset, still well below the Vos floor in most gain configurations. Output drive is rated 40 mA per channel, sufficient to directly drive a moderate ADC input or a reference buffer without an external booster.
Supply range and thermal envelope
Quiescent current is 600 µA typical, which keeps self-heating low in the SOT-23 package — the junction rise above ambient is under 10 °C at 5 V supply in still air.
