This is a 5-tap silicon delay line with a total delay of 100 ns and a tap increment of 20 ns — the delay to the first tap is also 20 ns, so the taps are evenly spaced at 20 ns, 40 ns, 60 ns, 80 ns, and 100 ns. The function is Nonprogrammable, meaning the tap delays are factory-fixed at 20 ns increments — there is no external resistor or code to adjust them, so the timing is deterministic once the part is soldered.
