Active production — BOM-fit for commercial-grade switching
The DG418CY+ is an active-production SPST-NO analog switch from Analog Devices, rated for single-supply operation from 10 V to 30 V or dual supplies from ±4.5 V to ±20 V. The 35 Ohm max on-resistance with 3 Ohm channel-to-channel matching keeps insertion loss consistent across the signal path. Switching times of 175 ns (ton) and 145 ns (toff) support moderate-speed multiplexing and signal routing in test equipment, data acquisition, and instrumentation. The -85 dB crosstalk at 1 MHz indicates good isolation between channels in multi-switch configurations.
Charge injection is specified at 3 pC typical, which matters when the switch drives a sample-and-hold capacitor or a high-impedance ADC input — the injected charge can cause a voltage step that settles within the acquisition window.
