The Toshiba TLP3924(TP15,F) is a single-channel photovoltaic optocoupler in a 4-SSOP package. It takes a DC input through an IR LED and produces a photovoltaic output — essentially a small solar cell that generates a voltage when the LED is lit, with no external power supply needed on the output side.
