The UPA2736GR-E1-AX: P-Channel MOSFET with 30V drain-to-source voltage and 14A continuous drain current. The 7mOhm maximum on-resistance at 14A with a 10V gate drive is the key figure for conduction loss.

The 7mOhm Rds(on) is specified at Id=14A and Vgs=10V.
