BLDC motor controller with integrated gate drive
The RAJ306010GNP#AAN is a motor controller handling commutation and direction management for brushless DC (BLDC) and multiphase stepper motors, integrating Power MOSFET technology on-chip. Its 500 mA continuous output current and 6 V to 42 V supply range cover a wide band of small- to medium-power motor loads — think pump fans, position actuators, or spindle drives in a general-purpose automation board. The 64-QFN package (8x8 mm HTQFN footprint) keeps the PCB area tight, and the surface-mount assembly aligns with standard reflow profiles for a mixed-signal board.
Communication and control interface
Three serial interfaces — I²C, SPI, and UART — are available on the pins, so the controller can be configured and commanded from a host MCU without extra level-shifting logic for the 6-42 V power stage.
