Bus-switch fit and signal routing
The QS3VH16211PAG8 is a 12-bit bus switch from Renesas' 3VH series, configured as 12 x 1:1 with two independent circuits. Each switch presents a low on-resistance path between the A and B ports when the corresponding output-enable pin is asserted, making it a direct replacement for discrete logic or pass-FET arrays in signal-routing applications.
Housed in a 56-TFSOP (0.240", 6.10 mm width) package, also designated as the supplier device package 56-TSSOP. The 0.50 mm lead pitch is typical for this pin count — the layout footprint matches the standard JEDEC MO-153 variation for 56-lead TSSOP. Surface-mount assembly with a 260°C reflow profile per J-STD-020; no exposed thermal pad, so the thermal path is through the leads alone.
