Bus switch for shared-bus isolation
The QS3244QG is a 4-bit bus switch from Renesas, configured as four independent 1:1 switches in a single 20-QSOP package. It isolates or connects digital buses under logic control, commonly used in hot-swap backplanes, memory bank switching, or multi-master I2C/SPI lines where capacitive loading must be decoupled.
Supplied in a 20-pin QSOP (0.154-inch body width, 3.90 mm) — a narrower variant of the standard SOIC footprint. The 20-QSOP land pattern matches the JEDEC MO-137 variation; the 0.025-inch pitch requires a fine-pitch soldering profile but fits within a 4-layer board fan-out without micro-vias.
