PIN diode for RF switching and attenuation
The HVM14SRTL-E is a PIN diode rated at 50V, designed for RF switching, attenuator, and limiter circuits where low distortion and fast switching are required. The PIN structure provides a variable resistance controlled by DC bias current, making it suitable for high-frequency signal routing and gain control in transmit/receive modules, test equipment, and communication infrastructure.
The 50V reverse voltage rating sets the maximum DC or peak RF voltage the diode can block in the off state.
