The 85 MHz SPI clock gives a sustained read throughput of roughly 10 MB/s in quad-I/O mode — enough for code shadowing or data logging in an embedded system. The memory array is organized as 528-byte pages rather than the more common 256-byte or 512-byte pages found in many SPI NOR parts.
