The AC05FJM-AZ is a 600 V, 5 A TRIAC in a Bulk package.
Voltage and current — what the ratings mean on the bench
600 V blocking voltage gives headroom above a 400 VAC peak line. The 5 A rating is the RMS on-state current.

TRIAC, 600 V, 5 A, Bulk package, Active lifecycle, ROHS3 compliant.

The AC05FJM-AZ is a 600 V, 5 A TRIAC in a Bulk package.
600 V blocking voltage gives headroom above a 400 VAC peak line. The 5 A rating is the RMS on-state current.
The AC05FGM-AZ is a pin-compatible 600 V / 5 A TRIAC in the same Bulk package — a direct functional second source for dual-sourcing qualification. The AC05DSMA-AZ is a 400 V variant; use it only if your line voltage stays below 240 VAC with no surge exposure.
A TRIAC is a three-terminal semiconductor switch that conducts current in both directions when triggered. It is used for AC load switching — lamps, heaters, motors, solenoids — controlled by a low-current gate signal.
An SCR conducts in only one direction (DC-like); a TRIAC conducts in both directions (AC). For AC line switching, a TRIAC replaces two SCRs in anti-parallel and needs only one gate drive. The AC05FJM-AZ is a TRIAC, not an SCR.
