2 GHz differential fanout buffer with 2:4 mux
The 8SLVP1204ANLGI is a 2:4 fanout buffer and multiplexer from Renesas, accepting differential CML, LVDS, or LVPECL inputs and delivering LVPECL outputs at up to 2 GHz. The 2:4 ratio means two selectable input sources can be fanned out to four output paths, useful for clock distribution in high-speed ADC/DAC or FPGA reference clock trees.
Supply rail flexibility and temperature grade
Runs on a 2.375V to 3.63V supply, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without a separate LDO.
Active production — no obsolescence concern
The 16-VFQFN (3x3) exposed-pad package is a common footprint, available in tray.
Differential I/O and layout note
Both input and output are differential, which rejects common-mode noise and keeps signal integrity over longer PCB traces — critical at 2 GHz edge rates.
