150 MHz synchronous SRAM for high-throughput data paths
The 71V3576S150PFG is a 4.5 Mbit synchronous SRAM organized as 128K words by 36 bits. The 36-bit word width matches DSP and networking data paths that move 32-bit data plus parity or ECC in a single cycle, eliminating the need for external byte-lane muxing. Rated for a 150 MHz clock, this part delivers pipelined burst reads at that rate once the initial latency is cleared. The 3.8 ns access time is the random-read latency for the first word of a burst — subsequent words in the burst follow at the clock rate.
Supply rail and temperature grade
Operates from a 3.3 V nominal supply with a 3.135 V to 3.465 V range — the ±5 % tolerance covers most 3.3 V rails in telecom line cards and test equipment. The commercial temperature grade (0 °C to 70 °C) suits indoor rack-mount gear; for extended-temperature designs, check the industrial-grade sibling in the same family. Packaged in a 100-lead LQFP (also designated 100-TQFP) with a 14x14 mm body. The fine-pitch leads require a controlled reflow profile and a clean solder-paste stencil aperture to avoid bridging. Bulk packaging means loose trays — verify that your pick-and-place feeder handles tray-fed parts before committing the line.
