The 71T75802S100PFG is a 1M x 18 synchronous SRAM with Zero Bus Turnaround (ZBT) architecture, meaning the bus never inserts dead cycles when switching between read and write — the controller sees back-to-back throughput at the full 100 MHz clock rate. 5 ns access time from clock edge to data valid means the memory keeps up with a 100 MHz bus without wait states, but the board trace delay and input capacitance on the data lines eat into that window — a clean layout with matched-length traces matters more here than on a slower part.
Supply rails and temperature — the limits for a repair bench
Runs on a 2.375 V to 2.625 V core supply — tight tolerance, so the board's 2.5 V rail needs to stay inside that window under load. If you see a dead board with this SRAM and the 2.5 V rail is at 2.3 V, that is where the fault starts. That covers most lab and office gear but not an outdoor base station or an engine bay. If the board runs hot, the part may lose data integrity before the processor does.
Package and footprint — what the 100-TQFP means for the rework station
