Memory and peripheral fit
256 KB of Flash is sized for moderate firmware stacks — enough for a bootloader, a real-time kernel, and application code for a motor-control or sensor-fusion node. The 32 KB RAM handles data buffers and stack without external memory. The 20-channel 16-bit ADC covers multi-sensor acquisition; the single 12-bit DAC is useful for analog set-point generation or waveform output. Brown-out detect and programmable watchdog reduce external supervisor ICs.
