Industrial temperature range and analog front-end
The -40°C to 105°C operating range covers engine-bay and outdoor cabinet environments without derating the 1.71 V to 3.6 V supply. The 33-channel 16-bit ADC lets you sample multiple thermocouple or shunt-resistor channels with a single external reference; the 12-bit DAC can generate an analog setpoint or a bias voltage for an external op-amp. If you are laying out the 100-LQFP, keep the analog supply and reference pins isolated from the digital I/O bank to avoid coupling switching noise into the ADC.
