The 200 KB SRAM is split across both cores — enough for a modest control algorithm and a CANopen or Modbus stack without external memory for many designs. The 118 I/O in a 180-TFBGA 12×12 mm package packs a lot of signal routing into a compact footprint — plan for a four-layer PCB to route the EBI/EMI and CANbus traces cleanly.
204 MHz — where the speed matters

ROMless — plan for external code storage
This part has no internal Flash — program memory type is ROMless. All firmware must reside in external NOR Flash or SRAM accessed through the EBI/EMI interface.
