Dual-core architecture at 204 MHz — what it buys the BOM
The 768 KB of on-chip Flash and 136 KB of SRAM provide enough headroom for a modest RTOS, a CANopen stack, and a USB device class driver without external memory. The 16 KB EEPROM block holds calibration constants or boot-configuration parameters that survive a firmware update. Rated for -40 to 105 °C and 2.2 V to 3.6 V supply range.
Connectivity and I/O — single-chip gateway capability
With CAN, USB OTG, EBI/EMI, I²C, SPI, SSI, SSP, UART, and SDIO all on-die, the LPC4325JBD144E can bridge a CAN-based industrial fieldbus to a USB host for data logging, or drive an external SRAM/Flash via the EBI for a larger data buffer.
