Dual-core MCU for motor control and industrial I/O
The NXP LPC4317JBD144551 is a 32-bit dual-core microcontroller combining an ARM Cortex-M4 for application processing and a Cortex-M0 for peripheral or real-time control tasks, clocked at 204 MHz. It carries 1 MB of Flash and 136 KB of RAM, plus 16 KB of EEPROM for parameter storage without external memory. The peripheral set includes a motor control PWM, CANbus, multiple SPI/SSP/UART interfaces, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC, and a single 10-bit DAC — all in a 144-LQFP package with 83 I/O lines.
Package and mounting — 144-LQFP
The 144-LQFP package is 20 mm × 20 mm. It is a surface-mount footprint. The 83 I/O lines fan out to the peripheral pins.
