The NXP LPC4078FET208K is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 MCU from the LPC40xx series, clocked at 120 MHz with 512 KB Flash and 96 KB SRAM. The 165 I/O lines in a 208-TFBGA package give board-level routing flexibility for sensor arrays or parallel buses. On-chip peripherals include a 12-bit 8-channel ADC and a 10-bit DAC, plus CAN, Ethernet, USB OTG, and multiple serial interfaces — enough to handle a motor-drive control loop and an HMI link on one chip.
