The LPC2220FET144/G518 is a 16/32-bit ARM7 MCU from NXP's LPC2200 series, clocked at 75 MHz with 64K x 8 of on-chip RAM. It is ROMless, meaning program memory must be provided externally via the EBI/EMI interface — a design choice that lets you size Flash or SRAM to the application rather than being locked into a fixed on-chip density.
