The NXP LPC2138FBD640115 is an ARM7TDMI-S microcontroller running at 60 MHz, with 512 KB of on-chip Flash and 32 KB of SRAM. This is a 16/32-bit core in a 64-LQFP package, aimed at industrial control, sensor fusion, and serial-communication nodes where the ARM7 balance of code density and throughput still fits — think PLC I/O modules, motor-drive comms boards, or panel-mounted HMI backplanes.
