180 MHz Cortex-M3 — throughput for real-time control
The NXP LPC1817JET100E is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 MCU running at 180 MHz, backed by 1 MB Flash and 136 KB RAM. The 16 KB EEPROM on-chip means calibration constants or boot parameters stay intact without external serial memory.
Peripheral set for system-level integration
Connectivity includes CANbus, EBI/EMI for external memory or FPGA glue, I²C, SD/MMC, SPI, SSI, SSP, and UART/USART — enough to wire up a motor drive with encoder feedback, a CANopen fieldbus node, and an SD card data logger on one chip. The 4×10-bit ADC and 1×10-bit DAC cover basic analog sensing and control output without an external converter. 49 GPIOs give headroom for local I/O expansion.
Industrial temperature grade and supply range
Rated -40°C to 105°C operating temperature. Supply range is 2.2 V to 3.6 V.
