120 MHz Cortex-M3 with full peripheral set
The NXP LPC1769FBD100,551 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 MCU running at 120 MHz, with 512 KB of Flash and 64 KB of RAM. The 70 GPIOs and the 8-channel 12-bit ADC plus a 10-bit DAC cover mixed-signal control loops without an external converter. Operating from 2.4 V to 3.6 V over the industrial -40°C to 85°C range, it fits outdoor telecom cabinets and factory-floor enclosures.
The 512 KB program memory is sized for a full TCP/IP stack plus application code without external Flash. The Ethernet MAC (with dedicated DMA) and USB OTG controller eliminate the need for separate PHY companion chips in many designs.
