Frequently asked questions

What is the flash and RAM difference between the LPC1765, LPC1766, and LPC1768?

The LPC1765 has 256KB Flash and 64KB RAM. The LPC1766 steps down to 128KB Flash and 32KB RAM. The LPC1768 steps up to 512KB Flash and 64KB RAM (same RAM as the LPC1765). All three run at 100MHz with the same peripheral set.

Does this part support High-Speed USB?

No. The USB OTG peripheral is Full-Speed (12 Mbps) only. High-Speed operation is not available on the LPC1765 die, regardless of package.
